HOW TO SELL & TRADE

You have the stuff, we have the totes! Once you know which type of order you'd like to do, pack your items in the totes provided in our lobby & go to the Greeter desk to get an order number.

Ask the Greeter for a cart to submit your Large Order.

* Large Order wait time varies. Check with your store to find out the current wait.

The amount of cash or credit is not negotiable.

You must present your valid, government-issued ID in order to receive payment.

Acceptable forms of ID include:

Driver’s license
Passport*
State-issued ID card

*Passports are not accepted at the Knoxville location.
